Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including original packaging. We may refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale pieces, and any limited or customized products. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to improper use.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, processing times may vary and can take several business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
