What we use and why

We use your contact details, delivery address and order information to process purchases, arrange fulfilment, provide support and handle returns. This processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract. Records needed for accounting and statutory obligations are retained on that legal basis.

Contact forms collect the name, email and message you provide so we can respond. Store security and fraud-prevention processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the store and its customers. Do not include payment card details in a message.

Service providers

Shopify supplies the storefront, checkout and payment infrastructure. Printful supports production and fulfilment. Judge.me supports review collection and display. These providers receive the information needed for their respective services. Payment details are handled through the payment provider; we do not ask you to send them by email.

Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer safeguards. See Shopify’s privacy policy for its processing and international transfer arrangements.

Reviews and marketing

We may invite you to review an order. Participation and photos are optional; published reviews may show the name or initial and content you submit. You can use the unsubscribe option in review requests. Newsletter registration, when offered, is optional and based on consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention

We keep information for the purpose for which it is collected and for applicable legal retention periods. Accounting records are retained for 10 years. Marketing contact information is retained for up to 3 years from the end of the customer relationship or your last active contact, unless you withdraw consent earlier. Records needed for a legal claim may be kept for the applicable limitation period.

Essential technologies support the cart, checkout and security. Optional cookies are subject to the choices available in the store’s cookie controls.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email underpressurefits@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
