A clear return policy.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to withdraw from the purchase, subject to statutory exceptions.

How to return

Email underpressurefits@gmail.com with your name, order number and clear decision to withdraw. You may also write to the address below. No particular wording or prior approval is required.

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage is at your expense for a change of mind. Keep proof of posting. You may inspect and try on a garment as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Refunds

For a full withdrawal, we refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost. Extra charges for a delivery option above standard delivery are not reimbursed.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Your statutory conformity and hidden-defect rights remain unaffected; the change-of-mind return postage rule does not apply to a valid statutory remedy.

Made-to-order production alone does not remove your withdrawal right. The exception concerns goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where legally applicable.
